This is a Delay based Multi FX unit. It´s build up on a RE-201 Space Echo,
but with some modifications:
2 Filter Sections with variable routings
3 Reverb Algorithms
Noise Section with modulation for more Noise movement
Saturation & Destroy Unit to simulate maybe old tapes
Reelness for wow&flutter
Variable Fx Routing
12 Mods like the RE-201

New in this One:
Mix Control of the Dry/Wet Signal for Delay
Tape Age from New Tape to very old

It´s my first Reaktor Ensemble don´t wonder about errors
The Gui is a bit crappy, but i think it sounds better then it looks :-)

4 delays with modulations and FX on feedback

This is basically a 4 lines delay, with some twist.

Features for each independant delay line :

– Delay time synced with Daw, or in ms
– Modulation of delay time with LFO
– Effects on feedback signal (each one is on/off switchable) :
1) Pitch Shifter
2) Multi-mode filter with LFO modulation.
The filter can be set inside or outside the delay feedback loop.
3) Tremolo / Pan
4) Reverb
– Master section for mixing the overall wet/dry signal,
and EQing the feedback signals (Low/High Cuts)
– All LFOs synced with Daw, or in frequency,
with parameters for waveform, phase and symetry

I think Nada Brahma Delay works well for dreamy lush textures, but it is also very versatile.

Synthesizers

BCRSynth2000
by Matthias Shaffner

Pasted Graphic 1

I wanted to have a simple and effective synth that I can completely control from my BCR2000 without touching the mouse (including FX). The concept is based on the Synth1 VST by Daichi, which is based on the Nord Lead.
So it's basically a quite simple Nord Lead emulation without the multi-effect and arpeggiator, but with unisono for oscillator 1 and slightly enhanced features.

The effects are taken from "herw modular x framework" by Herwig Krass, the drive function of the filter is from "Numalik III" by pierre-andre soulier.

Skin templates for your BCR are included in various formats, as well as the sysex file and links to the original template I used and a working freeware editor for the BCR2000. If you can't use the sysex file for some reason, you can use factory preset 1 and only have to change the function of some buttons to cycle through the according options.

V1.4 features:
- 2 main VCOs and one Sub VCO
- VCO1 has Unisono and FM, FM can be switched between linear frequency modulation and pitch modulation in semitones (FM/PM)
- VCO2 can be ring modulated and synced
- an AD mod envelope and two LFOs can modulate a series of targets

Unisono of VCO1 can now be switched off, the detune knob then just detunes VCO1 in cent. I hoped this would save a bit of CPU, but it doesn't make too much of a difference... might be useful for 3-osc-type-sounds.

V 1.5: I have changed something with the modulation routing some time ago, which wasn't working in the right range... also added modulation for drive
This should be the final version where everything is working out right.

INSIDIOUS 6581 v.1.1
by Mike Clarke

Emulation of the MOS SID 6581: the C64 sound chip

This ensemble is a near-perfect emulation of the extraordinary Commodore 64 sound chip. Included are all features of the original hardware:
* Three channels with Triangle, Square/PWM, Sawtooth, Noise and combined oscillators.
* Ring modulation and hard sync.
* The classic SID saturating filter that is incredibly important but missing on most emulations.
* LFOs and envelopes for pulse width, pitch, amplitude and filter cutoff.
* Step table at up to 50Hz for that genuine sound.

No attempt is made to create a better SID. No features are enhanced or improved. This is not the usual 'SID-like' or '8-bit style' synth. This is an attempt to recreate the real thing as closely as possible.

The example sound is Rob Hubbard's title music from the C64 game Delta (which is clearly based on Koyaanisqatsi), as played through this ensemble. The MIDI file is included in the download.

Also included is a MIDI file for Chris Huelsbeck's title screen music from the game R-Type, as demonstrated at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vt0K8vM_4HQ

I have a blog about the creation of this ensemble at http://insidious6581.blogspot.co.uk

Changes v1.1 (2015/06/09):
* Fixed an issue with the redisplay of the LFO waveforms after changing programs.
* Added a feature to clock the modulation at 50Hz or 60Hz to emulate C64 games more closely and give a slightly more '8-bit' sound.
* Added the ability to hard sync the combined waveforms.
* Added presets for the R-Type title music MIDI file.
* Added a MIDI file for the R-Type title music.

OCTAMOD

Pasted Graphic 6

16 Lfos driving Amplitude and Frequency parameters for 8 resonant oscillators.
This was used originally to sonify and drive phisical motors and laser diodes through OSC for this installation: http://playmodes.com/web/radial/

Originally built for 8 audio channels, it has been simplified in this version to fit a stereo image, although easily modifyable to turn back into multichannel, one oscillator per speaker.

This is a little CPU hungry... 40% in my new retina macbook, sorry for that...
